Note:

Fees are calculated based on the most severe offense charged at the time of the signature of the retainer. Lesser charges brought at the same time as the most severe offense charged will not incur additional fees. However, if the State later charges a more severe offense, the fee will increase to the fee for the new most severe offense charged.

I reserve the right to decline representation in any case for any reason, or to deviate from this fee list in especially complicated cases.

All fees are non-refundable, and due in full at the time the retainer is signed, unless otherwise explicitly agreed to by attorney and client.
